Conching Process:
- Conching is a time-consuming procedure that involves vigorous mixing, agitation, and aeration of hot liquid chocolate.
- Various off-flavoring, unpleasant chemicals, as well as water vapor, escape from the chocolate during this lengthy procedure.
Harvesting coca, refining coca into cocoa beans, and delivering the cocoa beans to the manufacturing factory for washing, conching, and grinding are all part of the process. These cocoa beans sometimes have to be imported from other countries for processing into various chocolate products.
